ANSWER:  The billing office is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday

QUESTION:  Why do I get a separate bill for each visit?

ANSWER: Insurance companies pay according to dates of service, by having separate accounts the payments can be applied to the appropriate date of service.

QUESTION: Rather than calling, can I submit my question through e-mail?

ANSWER:  Yes. By filling out our "Ask a Billing Question" form you can submit your questions to our billing office.

QUESTION:  What information should I have ready when I call?

ANSWER: Please have your insurance card ready or explanation of benefits from your insurance so the representative answering the phone may help you.
