IT Help Desk Hours Expanded

PAML’s Information Technology Department maintains an IT Help Desk dedicated to helping clients with computer issues. We offer support to our clients for the following:

  • Initial setup of all new accounts
  • System and equipment installation
  • Troubleshooting for all interface, hardware and log-in issues.

Our expert staff consists of trained Information Technology personnel. If we cannot answer your question or take care of your request immediately, we will route you to the appropriate department or person.

The IT Help Desk has expanded its hours to provide our clients with additional support. We are now available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We are also on-call for stat issues only during the off hours and weekends.
