If you are experiencing problems opening Adobe .pdf's, here are some solutions that may help:

1. Make sure that you have the latest Adobe Reader installed.

2. Open your Internet Explorer browser and navigate to "Tools".

Click on "Manage Add-Ons".
This will list all of your add-ons including those from Adobe Systems, Incorporated.

Make sure each of the products listed under the Adobe Systems, Incorporated section are set to "Disabled".

Close the Manage Add-Ons window.

Close Internet Explorer. Re-open your browser and open the .pdf again.
