At PAML, we believe that healthcare providers should receive more than just test results from their chosen reference laboratory. That is why professional consultation services are available as a complimentary service to all PAML clients to help answer questions, discuss test results, consult on unusual cases, or arrange for special studies. Interpretive assistance and suggested protocols are combined to provide valuable insight and direction.

The PAML Client Services Department acts as a liaison between our clients/customers and the laboratory technical staff.

PAML’s medical directors, technical directors, and staff are available for telephone consultations and questions Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, and after hours as needed. Telephone consultation with a pathologist is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
