1/10/2012 - FDA Public Health Advisory on Certain Opiate Products Made for Endo Pharmaceuticals
FDA is advising healthcare professionals and patients of a potential problem with opiate products manufactured and packaged for Endo Pharmaceuticals by Novartis Consumer Health at its Lincoln, Nebraska manufacturing site. Due to problems that occurred when these products were packaged and labeled at the site, tablets from one product type may have carried over into packaging of another product. (Go To Letter)

10/14/2011 - DOT Extends Old CCF's through November 30th 2011
The final rule concerning the use of the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF) was issued by the Department of Transportation (DOT). This rule extends the use of the 2000 CCF until the new deadline of November 30th, 2011. The Final Rule finalizes procedure for use of the new CCF.
