Staffed Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00am to 3:00pm.
We are also on-call for stat issues during off hours and weekends.
PAML’s Information Technology Department maintains an IT Help Desk dedicated to helping clients with computer issues.
We offer support to our clients for the following:
- Initial setup of all new accounts
- System and equipment installation
- Troubleshooting for all interface, hardware and log-in issues.
Our expert staff consists of trained Information Technology personnel. If we cannot answer your question or take care of your request immediately, we will route you to the appropriate department or person.
