The billing office is open from Monday - Friday, 8:30am- 4:30pm PST.
Why do I get a separate bill for each visit?
Insurance companies pay according to dates of service, by having separate accounts the payments can be applied to the appropriate date of service.
Rather than calling, can I submit my question through e-mail?
Yes. By filling out our Ask a Billing Question form you can submit your questions to our billing office.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Please have your insurance card ready or explanation of benefits from your insurance so the representative answering the phone may help you.
